Position Overview

You will be responsible for handling calls, emails, and correspondence, as well as assisting with documentation and record-keeping. Your role will also involve coordinating meetings and schedules, ensuring smooth daily office operations.

Responsibilities
- Handle various administrative and office tasks efficiently.

Must Have
- Fluent in Arabic and B2+ proficiency in German.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Familiarity with Odoo ERP or similar systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of local business practices and regulations in Berlin.
