As a Sales Specialist (Outreach) for HR & Recruitment Needs, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, promoting our HR and recruitment services, and developing strong relationships with businesses seeking talent acquisition solutions. This role requires a proactive sales approach, excellent communication skills, and an understanding of recruitment industry trends.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Client Outreach:
    - Identify and approach potential clients in need of HR and recruitment solutions.
    - Conduct research to understand industry hiring trends and target the right businesses.
    - Utilize various outreach methods (cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, etc.) to engage prospects.
  • Sales & Relationship Management:
    - Present and promote DastN GmbH’s recruitment services to clients, demonstrating value and competitive advantage.
    - Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR professionals, business owners, and decision-makers.
    - Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Consultative Selling & Client Needs Analysis:
    - Assess client needs and tailor recruitment solutions to their specific hiring challenges.
    - Provide insights and recommendations to help clients optimize their talent acquisition process.
    - Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting:
  • - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress using CRM tools.
    - Provide regular reports and insights on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
    - Achieve and exceed sales targets and outreach KPIs.

Must Have

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in HR, recruitment, or B2B services.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, conduct outreach, and close sales deals.
  • Strong understanding of HR and recruitment services, including talent acquisition strategies.
  • Fluency in German (spoken and written).
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with CRM and sales automation tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience using CRM and sales automation tools.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation platforms.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies for outreach and client engagement.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Previous experience working in a remote or international sales environment.
