As a Sales Specialist (Outreach) for Digitalization, you will be responsible for generating leads, establishing strong client relationships, and promoting our digitalization solutions. You will play a key role in driving business growth by connecting with decision-makers and demonstrating the value of our services.

Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Client Outreach:
- Identify potential clients in need of digital transformation and automation solutions.
- Conduct market research to target businesses that can benefit from our services.
- Utilize various outreach strategies (cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, etc.) to engage prospects. - Sales & Relationship Management:
- Present and promote DastN GmbH’s digitalization solutions to clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
-Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure. - Consultative Selling & Solution Customization:
- Understand client needs and challenges to offer tailored digital solutions.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless service implementation.
- Provide expert insights on digital transformation trends and best practices. - Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and outreach KPIs.
Must Have
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in digital transformation, IT services, or B2B solutions.
- Proven track record in lead generation and closing sales deals.
- Strong understanding of digitalization, automation, and business process optimization.
- Fluency in German (spoken and written).
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with CRM and sales automation tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Skills
- Experience using CRM and sales automation tools.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and digital lead generation strategies.
- Knowledge of ERP, cloud solutions, AI, or software development services.
- Fluency in English.
- Previous experience working in a remote or international sales environment.
