DastN GmbH is seeking an experienced Odoo Project Manager to lead Odoo ERP implementation projects on a project-based basis. This role involves gathering business requirements, managing project timelines, overseeing system configuration, and ensuring successful implementation while coordinating between technical teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Odoo implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Gather and analyze business requirements to customize Odoo solutions effectively.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholders to ensure successful completion.
- Oversee system configuration, data migration, and integration with other platforms.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end users.
- Monitor project risks, identify challenges, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Ensure high-quality project documentation, including process workflows and user guides.
Must Have
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing Odoo ERP implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of Odoo modules, including customization and integration.
- Experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results within project timelines.
Preferred Skills
- Odoo certification is a plus.
- Technical background in Odoo development or database management.
- Experience in digital transformation and process automation.
- Familiarity with third-party integrations and APIs.
